Mission

MISSION STATEMENT

To be a faith based ministry whose goal is to serve the unemployed, underemployed and under-served by providing employ-ability skills, faith-based character building principles along with a supportive network of individuals as a means of restoring hope, stimulating personal growth, coping with personal challenges and building productive relationships to securing meaningful employment.

VISION STATEMENT

To be identified as an effective faith based jobs training program in Cleveland, Ohio.

OBJECTIVES

To provide:

  • A comprehensive spiritual training program for individuals seeking employment.
  • A structured learning program that encourages excellence and good working habits.
  • Access to a network of mentors from the greater Cleveland business, professional and religious communities.
  • Hope and instill self-confidence to all students and prepare them for meaningful employment.

The goal of J.O.B.S. is to help the unemployed, underemployed and under-served and help them to get into the workforce and obtain meaningful employment. The success rate is high and we have the ability to connect students with prospective employers after they complete the program.
