Employer Partners provide job placement, engage in Mt. Zion J.O.B.S. career fairs, and support their employees who participate as Mt. Zion J.O.B.S. teachers. Companies represent many segments of industry and offer invaluable insights for the participants. Their employees offer lessons that bring business acumen to the classroom and they offer participants the opportunity to connect with them one-on-one. Church Partners provide Ministers for faculty, Mentors, volunteers for registration, food preparation, financial support and most importantly a place for the Program to meet and hold classes. Since Mt. Zion J.O.B.S. is a faith-based job readiness training program, Mt. Zion J.O.B.S. Church partners are a key component of the program and its success.
